Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some Frequently asked questions and their answers
that will help you in buying our services.

What is the internet television?

It is a system through which television services are transmitted using the Internet protocols. So, instead of being delivered via the traditional terrestrial signal, via satellite or cable, TV channels are delivered over the Internet. For this television we only need a good internet speed and a device connected to the internet.

What is the internet speed required for a good operation?

To enjoy the quality of transmission you need a minimum speed of 150Mb/s for FULL HD programs, minimum 50Mb/s for HD programs and minimum 30Mb/s for SD programs. Because the internet speed is not always the same, check and make sure you have a stable internet transfer rate, that it works and is at the required speed.

What devices do I need for?

To use this service you need a Smart TV Samsung or LG (2019 or newer) on which you can install an application or a Amazon Firestick, Roku (Latest One), iOS (iPhone or iPad), Android or PC (VLC Player).

Is it important if I am connected to the internet by cable or WiFi?

In order to watch TV programs without problems, we recommend that the devices be connected to the Internet via cable (LAN) and not WIFI (without cable). WIFI works very well but there are many factors that can disrupt image quality.

What is the payment method?

Streaming on multiple devices!

You can stream your favorite channels on multiple devices! How many devices depends on the service tier package you purchased. If you have a multi device package you can watch on more that one device at the same time, i.e. you can watch on your firestick, Samsung Smart TV, PC (VLC Player) and iOS devices all at the same time even if you are in another state!
